Why a Stag Do is a Perfect Excuse for Travel

Okay, so money may well be a bit tight still at the moment, but that does not mean to say that your stag do has to suffer and become a subdued affair. In fact, when you consider the prices that are available for flights to European destinations nowadays; and then the cost of living when you get there, travelling abroad for your stag do really not cost you much more at all.

Amsterdam, Tallinn, Prague, Majorca… the list of possible destinations is endless and these places all tend to represent stag do favourites where you can actually save money on your big night or weekend.

We all know how ripped off we are, here in the UK, so when you opt to travel to other European destinations, you will soon realise how much cheaper drinks and food is in other places.

The recession may well have taken its toll on our finances and weddings can be expensive affairs at the best of times, but your stag do can still be something special.

Book your flights as far in advance as you possibly can. Travel light and try to pack just enough so that your bag can be kept in the cabin with you. Don’t be too fussy with your grade of hotel when you get to your destination - the chances are you won’t spend much time there anyway.
